I'll teach skills to help you address your symptoms in session, and I'll follow up to make sure the skills are helping. If not, we'll work together to try new approaches.

I don't do cold responses and I don't hide behind questionnaires or a clipboard.
I aim to provide relevant, up-to-date, collaborative care designed to meet your needs.
During sessions, we'll identify presenting concerns and work together to find solutions.

I'm trained in a variety of evidence based modalities, and I pull from various frameworks in order to tailor treatment to you.
